4. Movie Data & Attributions

Movie data, including titles, synopses, posters, and metadata, is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Movies Out Now is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Critic reviews are aggregated from publicly available sources with proper attribution.

5. Ticketing & Third-Party Links

Showtimes and ticket purchase links redirect to third-party services (e.g., Fandango, AMC Theatres). Movies Out Now is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of these third-party services. Some links may contain affiliate tracking.

6. Intellectual Property

The Movies Out Now name, logo, design, and original editorial content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through Settings. Upon closure, your personal information will be anonymized, but anonymized reviews and ratings may be retained to maintain the integrity of community scores.

8. Limitation of Liability

Movies Out Now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
