Black Dahlia

Black Dahlia is an experimental UK-born and Australian based musician and artist. Her roots lie within theatre, dance, studies within performance and jazz theory, composition and performance within various prog infused music projects.

Fascinated by constant transformations, she is known for her outlandish, 80’s inspired clothing and avant-garde performances which are often compared to artists such as Klaus Nomi and Peter Gabriel. Her music and self-directed videos are flamboyant musical explorations of genres including art pop within an avant-garde realm and its relevant 80’s absurdities and weirdness.

“I’m just an alien on the run from another time and place.”
